- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Brightly does not store full card details.

We may adjust session content, facilitators, venues, dates, or times when reasonably necessary. If a session is cancelled or postponed by Brightly, available options are described in the Refund Policy.
6) Learner Conduct & Safety
- We expect respectful behaviour from all participants.
- We may remove a participant from a session if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.
- If relevant, parents/guardians should inform us of important safety needs (e.g., allergies) in advance.
7) Educational Scope
Brightly provides enrichment-based learning programs, workshops, and activities designed to support personal growth, life skills, mindset development, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Brightly does not operate as a formal school and does not offer government-recognized academic, vocational, or professional qualifications. Any certificates issued by Brightly (if applicable) are issued solely for participation or program completion purposes.
