Thank you for registering with Brightly Academy. We provide educational workshops and programs for children and adolescents. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for payments made via our website.

1) Registrations & Payments

Payments reserve a seat for a specific workshop or program date and time. Some programs involve advance planning, facilitator allocation, or material preparation.

2) Cancellation by Parent / Guardian

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period:

  • More than 72 hours before the session – Full refund (payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted).
  • Between 72 and 24 hours before the session – 50% refund or 100% credit to reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show – No refund. Rescheduling may be considered as a goodwill gesture.

3) Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
  • If the new session has a different fee, the difference may be charged or credited.

4) Cancellation by Brightly Academy

If a session is cancelled or postponed by Brightly Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment or facilitator unavailability), you may choose:

  • 100% refund, or
  • 100% credit for a future session.

5) Digital Materials

If a program includes downloadable or digital materials that have already been delivered, refunds may be reduced or declined where appropriate.

6) Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. We typically process approved refunds within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
